We refer to parents as "Partners" because we lock arms together to develop a powerful transformation in their own lives and the lives of their children.
We refer to our students as "Leaders" because with our support and their internal drive, they will become formidable Leaders who are steps ahead of their peers.
We refer to tutors as "Coaches" because even LeBron James needs a coach to help him pull his greatness from within.
Who we help
At Twenty One Fourteen (2114) Consultancy Services we promote social entrepreneurship. In doing so, we come across extremely passionate leaders who are committed to their own personal development as well as the social development of their communities. These dynamic leaders have so many balls in the air and have so much to juggle all at once.
One of our super powers at 2114 is the ability to identify challenges being faced by our clients and provide them with simple and effective solutions to what may feel like complicated problems. One major area where ParentPreneurs need support is with helping their most precious treasure: their children!
Our Partners (parents) believe that their children have vast potential, however, they feel inadequate and ili-equipped with the right tools and techniques to help their children. Since many of our ParentPreneurs have had to unlearn a lot of old beliefs that have blocked their mindsets from expanding, they tend to be thoroughly frustrated with the school system and feel as though their children are not being served appropriately.
Parents who become Partners with us in the growth and development of their child/ren want to see them excel and do well in life and feel supported in their decisions to educate their children holistically with access to multiple options and freedom to choose what is best for their children.
Why we help
As we have supported parents we have really begun to understand the needs of the Leaders (children) in our tutoring programs. Many of our Leaders have felt unheard or unseen within traditional educational systems. We are able to identify where a Leader is missing concepts and feels lost in specific subjects causing many Leaders to feel confused and feel like giving up.
Similarly, we have also worked with high achieving Leaders who are curious learners with an insatiable appetite for knowledge. However, they are discouraged from asking questions or going ahead of the curriculum. This creates despondence and boredom and often leads to a deterioration in socially acceptable behaviour.
We know that our intelligent and curious Leaders have strong life goals and understand the role of education in reaching those goals, even from a young age. Our Leaders want to feel accomplished and good about their school work while having fun, learning and feeling accepted and supported. They desire and deserve to be understood by and feel connected with likeminded students their age.
How we help
Eye on The Ball
Individual Sessions | Starting at $125/month
Select a Coach for a one-on-one session with your Leader. Choose by subject and select an available time slot that works for your family.
Coaches focus on helping Leaders connect to missing concepts. A session may involve a structured lesson and/or practice time. Coaches may assign extra exercises between sessions.
Coaching sessions are 60 mins per week. For younger Leaders in JK or SK for example, this time can be broken up. Between the Partner and the Coach, it may be decided the sessions should be set at 3 20 minute sessions for that week, depending on the needs of the Leader.

We connect with tutors who desire freedom outside of a school system to teach children as they see fit because they understand exactly what each child needs and are willing to use creative methods to help our Leaders connect with the materials in their own unique way. Our tutors feel supported to use all of their skills to help children who learn differently.

What's the End Game?
It may be confusing to some as to why a consulting company would offer tutoring services to the children of their clients. We promise that there is method to the madness.
Our founder J. Nadia Headley is a social development practitioner who focuses on promoting social entrepreneurship as the missing key in the discourse on global development. Nadia has known since she was a teenager that she had a strong calling to build a parallel school system through the Caribbean.
Through our #HERstory project, Nadia has been helping other visionary women connect with their powerful visions and this has in turn, helped her to reconnect with her own. Nadia had the idea for BALL ten years prior to implementing it.
There is so much purpose, heart, passion and care that go into producing this platform. Nadia truly believes that Leaders of tomorrow need to be nurtured today, equipped with the fortitude of knowing their purpose and supported by a community of peers who think without limitations as though the box never existed for them to learn how to think outside of it.
